1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 1x777 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing the 1x777 website at 1x777.win, downloading the mobile app, or using any feature of the platform, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

Using the platform on behalf of another person or entity is not permitted. Your account and all activity on it is your personal responsibility. If you proceed past the registration page, we treat that as confirmation that you have read and accepted everything in this document.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 1x777. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is a direct violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

• Your account password is your responsibility. Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• 1x777 will never ask for your password by email, SMS or chat.
• Account credentials are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift or transfer your account to another person.

We may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing your first withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 1x777 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed during the transaction flow.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly to your 1x777 balance.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified at the time of submission. Processing times vary by method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method and account used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Deposited funds that have not been used in any betting or gaming activity within 12 months may be subject to an inactivity review. You will be notified before any administrative charges are applied to a dormant account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

1x777 offers various promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or sports, and expiry dates. These terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 1x777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are used first in all betting and gaming activity unless otherwise specified.

6 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting on 1x777 — including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football, esports and other covered sports — is subject to these general betting rules as well as sport-specific rules published in the sports section of the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player and acknowledged by the platform.
• 1x777 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict markets or decline bets at its discretion.
• If a match or event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned — unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to live odds and the state of play at the time of acceptance. There may be a short delay between the live action and the odds update.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including obvious pricing mistakes — 1x777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether they have already been settled.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market and are visible in the bet slip before confirmation.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event result being published. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

7 Casino and Live Casino

The casino and live casino sections of 1x777 feature games provided by third-party software suppliers. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino tables, by real dealers operating in professionally managed studio environments.

• House edge and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game supplier and may vary by title.
• Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. Players are advised to review the rules before playing.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or a slot spin, the game round will be completed according to the platform's disconnection policy. Interrupted rounds are logged and can be reviewed by the support team.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or delays in odds updates for financial gain.
• Money laundering — using the platform to deposit, cycle and withdraw funds as a means of disguising the origin of money.
• Collusion with other players, whether for sports betting or casino games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to operate your account.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing customer support staff or other members of the platform community.

1x777 actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where violations are identified, we reserve the right to act without prior notice and to report relevant activity to appropriate authorities where required.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

1x777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• At the player's own request — including a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended inactivity as defined in the inactivity policy.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your balance will be returned in full to your verified payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing should contact the support team directly. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.
